How to use

When you're ready to register your wishes, just follow the simple steps below:

step 1
To begin, enter your details on the Sign In Page

If you are registering your wishes for the first time, you can begin by clicking the Register Your Wishes link, and entering your details on the Personal Details page. If you are a returning user, enter your username and password details on the Sign In page.

step 3
Begin registering your wishes, following the step-by-step screens. These have been designed to help you think and decide upon your wishes. You only have to complete as much or as little of the form as you like. At each stage you are given the opportunity to insert any additional details that you want to add.

step 4
When you've registered your wishes you have the opportunity to review and confirm all the choices you've made. You can still make changes at this stage.

step 5
When you're happy with your choices, you will be taken to the payment screen. You can pay securely by credit or debit card.

step 6
You will receive your certificate, cards and confirmation of your wishes within 14 days of registering.

step 7
Keep your username and password in a safe place, so you can view and make changes to your wishes at a later date.

If you have any questions about 'If anything were to happen to me' or registering your wishes you can call our Co-operative Funeralcare Service Centre team freephone on 0800 289 120. The team are available Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.

If you have registered your wishes, when calling the Service Centre team, please ensure that you have the following information to hand:

  • Full address, including postcode
  • Date of birth
  • Current password

If you have forgotten or want to change your password please contact the Service Centre team.
